Surinder Mahey was the BJP in-charge of Kartarpur
JALANDHAR: BJP leader and former mayor of Jalandhar, Surinder Mahey has passed away. As per the information received, Surinder Mahey was suffering from cancer since the last one year and was undergoing treatment. Wave of Mourning has engulfed among the BJP leaders with the passing away of Surinder Mahey.
Notably, Surinder Mahey left the Congress a year back and joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He was the Bharatiya Janata Party candidate from Kartarpur in the 2022 Vidhan Sabha elections. Surinder Mahey was the BJP in-charge of Kartarpur. His last rites will be performed on Tuesday at Model Town crematorium at 2:00 pm.
