Harjinder Singh Dhami vs Bibi Jagir Kaur Controversy Latest News Today: In a scathing statement, Bibi Jagir Kaur said that Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami doesn't deserve to hold the position of SGPC President.

Bibi Jagir Kaur criticized Harjinder Singh Dhami for allegedly using inappropriate and offensive language towards her, asserting that this behavior has brought shame to SGPC employees and members. "Every employee of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee is ashamed today due to the bad language used by Dhami towards me," she stated.

Kaur pointed out that Advocate Dhami has been a member of the SGPC since 1996 and accused him of consistently engaging in disrespectful conduct. "The entire humanity is ashamed of the language used by Dhami," she added, urging Singh Sahibs to take appropriate action against him, particularly as he has reportedly admitted to his mistake.

Additionally, Bibi Jagir Kaur called upon the Women’s Commission to take cognizance of the issue and initiate action against Dhami for his alleged misconduct. To this, the Punjab Women's Commission has taken a suo moto cognizance of the incident. 

The controversy comes at a time when the SGPC is navigating complex religious and administrative challenges, raising questions about leadership and governance within the organization.
