The Joint Mobile Court of the ‘Chief Commissioner for persons with disabilities and Commissioner for persons with disabilities, Punjab’ would be held on 14th September at Rajendra College, Bathinda (from 10 AM to 4 PM) for the redressal of the grievances of persons with disabilities. Disclosing this here today, an official spokesperson said that the complaints/cases pertaining to the issuing of disability certificates, free education provisioning for children up to 18 years in an appropriate environment, reservation for admission in educational institutions, reservation in employment, reservation in poverty alleviation schemes, rights and facilities under disabilities act and executive orders.

The spokesperson further said that in addition to this the complaints regarding any kind of discrimination on the grounds of disability would also be heard in the court.
