CHANDIGARH: Earthquake tremors were felt in Delhi-NCR, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and Chandigarh today. The tremors were felt for ten seconds. Meanwhile, people came out of their houses. A magnitude 5.4 earthquake jolted eastern Kashmir around 1:30 pm on Tuesday afternoon, the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) said.
