New Delhi: Delhi Police on Sunday evening detained AAP Delhi Chief Saurabh Bhardwaj and several other party leaders, preventing them from holding a candle march in Janakpuri.

The leaders were planning the march to demand justice for 25-year-old biker Kamal Dhyani, who died after falling into a 17-foot-deep pit.

“"You can see the level of dictatorship. No one lodged a complaint, even when the parents of Kamal Dhyani (who died after falling into a pit on his bike in Janakpuri on 5th Feb) went to six police stations. The police are detaining us when we have all gathered to pay tribute to him..." he said.
