AMRITSAR: Exciting news for travelers in the region as Air Asia-X announces the resumption of a direct flight between Amritsar Airport and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The eagerly awaited flight is set to take off from Amritsar on September 3rd, with online booking options now available. Air Asia-X's new route establishes it as the second airline to facilitate this connection, following in the footsteps of Malindo Airlines.

The Flight will operate on a convenient schedule, catering to the needs of passengers. Starting from Amritsar Airport, the flight will run four days a week, specifically on Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. The departure is scheduled around 1 am, offering travelers a comfortable journey of approximately 5.50 hours, culminating in a landing at Kuala Lumpur at 6.50 pm IST.

The Return journey from Kuala Lumpur to Amritsar is equally convenient. Departing from Kuala Lumpur on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, the flight is set to take off at 8.25 pm, providing a seamless travel experience over a span of 5.55 hours. The aircraft will gracefully touch down in Amritsar at 11.50 pm, facilitating a swift and efficient connection between the two cities.

Malindo Airlines, which initiated the Amritsar-Kuala Lumpur direct flight last year in September, currently operates three days a week, specifically on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
