Speaking to the Media at the temple, the CM said "When the decision was taken to celebrate the 350th martyrdom day of Guru Teg Bahadur across the entire country, similarly in Delhi too, where Guru Sahib's martyrdom took place at the Red Fort, we thought of organising a grand event. With full preparations, the Delhi government held a grand program in Delhi. Before the event, we had thought that a good program should be held, but a terrorist attack had occurred near the Red Fort, so there was a bit of fear in our minds... I have come here today to thank Guru Sahib that our program went very well..."
