'For Me, only Punjab police is enough': CM Bhagwant Mann

CHANDIGARH: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has refused to take the Z+ security offered by the central government. Earlier last week, the central government had increased the security of the Chief Minister in view of the situation that arose after the Amritpal Singh case. In a letter written to Union Home Minister Amit Shah, the Punjab Chief Minister said that the Punjab Police can take care of their security.

CM Wrote, "For Me, only Punjab police is enough. Punjab and Delhi do not need Z+ security." It is worth mentioning here that few days ago, the Punjab Police had specially trained commandos for the security of the Chief Minister and his family.
