Banda (UP): Two children drowned in a pond here after they slipped into it while playing, police said today. Alok (10) and Kushagra (8) fell into the pond in Podabagh locality yesterday, they said.

When the children did not return home, their family members started searching for them and found their bodies in the pond, police added. PTI
