Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been stressing for the proper implementation of the Swach Bharat Abhiyan but still there is a need for Swachh Mann Abhiyan to aware the people against the crime against the women as the number of rape incidents reported in the country every day. 

A recent incident shook the nation where an 11 month-old baby was allegedly raped for two hours by a 36 year-old construction worker in the locality of Vikaspuri in west Delhi on Friday night, and then abandoned in some bushes by the culprit. 

The innocent child was sleeping with her mother, when a construction worker, who hails from Bihar and routinely comes to Delhi for work, took the child away at 10:00pm. After her mother alerted the authorities at 11:00pm, the baby was later found in an unconscious state by the local police and rushed to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, where she remains in the Intensive Care Unit. 

Another shocking incident happened, a 25 year old woman was allegedly gang raped in Uttar Pradesh in front of her husband and two-year-old son by four suspects. The men held a knife to the throat of the 2 year old child to threaten the couple. 

As per police, the victim and her family were returning on a motorcycle from a trip to Basera village, the suspects told them that the Ganga canal bridge on the main route was damaged and suggested a back road. 

The victims took the tour said by the suspects and it was there that the incident took place. The accused beat up the husband and dragged the three to a sugarcane field, police said.
