Light to moderate rains occurred in a few parts of Himachal Pradesh, with Kufri registering the coldest place at 10.7 degrees Celsius. Dharamshala received 56.8 millimetres rains, followed by Chail 14 mm, Paonta Sahib in Sirmaur district 3 mm and Manali in Kullu district witnessed 1.4 mm rains during the last 24 hours, the Meteorological (MeT) department said.

As per the data recorded, Kufri remained the coldest place in the state at 10.7 degrees Celsius, followed by 11.3 degrees Celsius in Keylong, 11.6 degrees Celsius in Manali, 14 degrees Celsius in Kalpa, 15.5 degrees Celsius in Chail and 15.9 degrees Celsius minimum temperature was recorded in Shimla and Dalhousie during the last 24 hours. Besides, the maximum temperature in the state was recorded in Una as 34.6 degrees Celsius, followed by 33.9 degrees Celsius in Hamirpur, 33.2 degrees Celsius in Bhuntar and 32.8 degrees Celsius.
