Today, an MoU was signed between Tourism Corporation of Gujarat and Worldwide Media (The Times Group) to host this grand celebration of Indian cinema in the State, Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel said in a post on X.
“Under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji, Gujarat has emerged as a vibrant hub of culture and tourism,” the post further read.

In a separate post, earlier today, CM said that Gujarat offers a vibrant canvas for filmmakers — from a 1,600 km long coastline and majestic forests of Gir, to stunning heritage marvels like Dholavira and Champaner, world-class modern icons like GIFT City, and a living culture rich in traditions and festivals.
“Supported by our Cinematic Tourism Policy 2022-27 and Filming Incentive Scheme, we are building a strong ecosystem for film-making and cinematic tourism,” the post added.
