Daily use of the phone and holding it to the face can transfer bacteria to the skin: Dr. Mamina Turegano

New Delhi: Dermatologist Dr. Mamina Turegano has revealed that the way mobile phones are used can damage the skin. In a video clip, Mamina explained through her account that mobile phones are covered with bacteria all the time. These are sometimes even more contaminated than public bathrooms.

They said that daily use of the phone and holding it to the face while talking can transfer bacteria to the skin and cause some skin problems such as acne. Dr. Mamina advises to clean the phone frequently to eliminate the bacteria trapped in it.
