Punjabi Song 'Trump' Generates Ridiculous Deportation Claims latest news: The Punjabi song "Trump," which brags about illegal immigration into the US, has become a viral sensation on social media. The song, uploaded to YouTube six months ago, has been utilized in reels by people entering the US illegally. Now that the Trump administration is deporting illegal immigrants, Indians are joking that the US President began sending Indians back after hearing the song. Even popular musician Diljit Dosanjh recently mentioned the "Trump" song, which has 54 million views.

Punjabi tracks range widely, from expensive automobiles and alcohol to the cute Bullet (which rhymes like Bult), desi attitude, and even farm-laborers' plight. And so it should not have been a shock to anyone when illegal immigration to the US, something that weighs on the minds of many Punjabis, hit the airwaves. While a few Punjabi tracks had attempted to focus on migrants earlier, none gained popularity or as much attention as "Trump."

The Cheema and Gur Sidhu song was exploited in reels of individuals crossing successfully from the Mexican border into the US. Today, however, with the deportations, the popularity of the song has increased as a result of the ridiculous assertion that US President Donald Trump decided to deport illegal aliens to India following the hearing of the song. The lines, "Jattan de puttan nu rok sake na Trump (Trump can't stop the sons of Jats)," are being held responsible for the deportations.

The track has put illegal immigration into a positive spin, making it a pride anthem for those who successfully crossed the border. On the other hand, the song has been used as the target of memes and cyber-trolling since people have jokingly accused Trump of acting on the song and deporting Indians. The YouTube comments page of the song carries this attitude, with users jokingly attributing the deportation of their family members to the song.

In spite of the serious problem of illegal immigration, the comedic allegations surrounding the "Trump" song have added a touch of levity to the debate, underscoring the ability of music to affect and mirror society.
