ED's raid 'fake' and said it is being done to divert attention from the ongoing ‘discussion'  on PM Narendra Modi's ‘fake degree'.

ED Raids AAP MLA Saurabh Bharadwaj; Arvind Kejriwal Reacts Latest News: AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal called the Enforcement Directorate (ED) raid at the residence of AAP MLA Saurabh Bharadwaj another case of the centre's ‘misusing agencies’. Kejriwal said that his party is being targeted like no party in history has ever been, and that’s because AAP is the most vocal against the ruling, he added.

Arvind Kejriwal, in a post on X, wrote, "The ED raid at Saurabh Bhardwaj's house is another case of the Modi government misusing agencies. The Modi government has gone after the Aam Aadmi Party. The way "AAP" is being targeted has never been done to any party in history. "AAP" is being targeted because it is the most vocal voice against the Modi government's wrong policies and corrupt deeds.”

“The Modi government wants to suppress our voice. This will never happen. "AAP" is not one to be scared of these BJP raids. We will continue to raise our voice against wrong policies and corruption in the interest of the country, as always,” he added.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday morning carried out raids at the residence of AAP MLA Saurabh Bharadwaj, reportedly as part of an investigation linked to an alleged hospital construction scam.

AAP National Media in-charge, Anurag Dhand, called the ED’s raid 'fake' and said it is being done to divert attention from the ongoing ‘discussion’  on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘fake degree’.

Media in-charge, Anurag Dhanda speaking to ANI on the matter said, "Why is this fake raid being done by ED on Saurabh Bharadwaj? This is happening because since yesterday, the whole country has been discussing that PM Modi's degree is fake, and something has to be done to divert attention from that issue.”

He raised a few questions, saying, “Yesterday, Amit Shah raised an issue, and the discussion went on the whole day. Today, this raid is being done in such a case when he was not a minister. When he was not a minister, how could his name come up in the scam, or how could he be accused because of it? The same thing happened with Satyendar Jain. The case was run for three years, a fake case was made, and after three years, CBI went to the court and said that we do not have any evidence..."
