Brahma Kumaris sisters thanked the Commandant for organizing this workshop.
On Thursday, at the premises of 13 Bn CRPF, Brahma Kumaris organized a one-week stress management workshop and guided the soldiers about performing their duties happily. Smt. Kamal Sisodia, Commandant 13th Battalion CRPF, Brahma Kumaris sister Kavita from Sector 43 Center of Brahma Kumari, addressed the workshop along with other Brahma Kumaris sisters.
Brahma Kumaris explained/guided the soldiers of the 13th Battalion that stress is just a state of mind, all of you soldiers should remain worry-free and perform your duty with happiness, love, and joy. Brahma Kumaris sisters thanked the Commandant for organizing this workshop.
On this occasion, Smt. Kamal Sisodia inspired the soldiers to do meditationand yoga exercises and shared her experiences with the soldiers about being happy in life. On this occasion, Sh. Kailash Chandra Ahlawat, Second-In-Command, Sh. Kamlesh Kestwal, Deputy Commandant, Sh. Munish Kaundal, Assistant Commandant, Sh. Manoj Kumar, Assistant Commandant, Dr. Kavya Sambamgi, Medical Officer, subordinate officers and all the soldiers of the 13th Battalion attended this workshop and benefited from it.
