A 17 year old boy was detained after the 11 year old girl's medical examination confirmed rape and the Madrasa cleric after the girl's family demanded probe into his alleged involvement in the matter. The victim girl is from East Delhi's Ghazipur who was taken to Madrasa in Ghaziabad by a teen who allegedly raped her last week. The girl was kept there for a day before the police able to rescue her from Madrasa.

Police have been informed by the father of the girl about her disappearance after she had gone to the market on Saturday. A complaint was filed and the police began their investigation process after about 24 hours of missing. They also check the footage of the CCTV camera in which the accused was seen taking the girl with him.

Police found her from a madrasa

At last Police have found the girl her at a madrasa in Ghaziabad by tracking her phone call detail record After tracking the girl's phone call detail record (CDR), they found her at a madrasa in Ghaziabad. Police have registered case against the boy under sections of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and was sent to a juvenile home. However, the maulvi of the madrasa wasn't arrested.

Boy sent to juvenile home

The girl and her family used to stay in Ghaziabad before moving to Ghazipur and also know that boy. The family also stated that the girl has been gang raped and demanding quick action against the boy and the maulvi of madrasa. Maulvi was also asked by Police that if he was aware that the girl was kept in the madrasa. Police have assured the family that fair investigation is being conducted and boy won't be spared. The case transferred to the crime branch to investigate the case thoroughly.
