According to the report, on June 19th at around 1300 hours, four civilians — including one person impersonating an Indian Air Force officer with the name Wing Commander Rajat Kumar Mishra — attempted to enter through the MI Techno Chowk Gate of the Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering (MCEME) in Secunderabad without authorization.

The individuals reportedly used a fake identity card to gain access to the premises.
