Earlier in the day, more than 20 schools in Delhi also received bomb threat emails

Bengaluru Private Schools Bomb threat mail latest news today: While over 20 schools in Delhi received bomb threat mails this morning, around 40 private schools in Bengaluru also received bomb threat mails. This led to a large-scale police response across the city. 

Meanwhile, the schools in various areas, including Rajarajeshwari Nagar and Kengeri, were among those targeted by anonymous messages.

The Bengaluru City Police, reacting to the same, deployed several teams to the affected institutions soon after the alerts were reported. The Bomb Disposal Squad personnel were also deployed into the service, with comprehensive search operations being carried out on school premises to ensure the safety of students and staff.

The email, titled “BOMBS INSIDE THE SCHOOL,” was reportedly sent to multiple institutions. The email was received from the ID roadkill 333@atomicmail.io. The one who sent the emails claimed to have planted multiple explosive devices containing trinitrotoluene (TNT) in classrooms.

The message stated: "The explosives are skillfully hidden, in black plastic bags. I will erase every last one of you from this world. Not a single soul will survive. I will gladly laugh when I watch the news, only to see the parents show up at the school and to be greeted by the cold, dismembered bodies of their children."

It further stated, “You all deserve to suffer. I truly hate my life, and I will commit suicide after the news kicks in. I will slit my throat and slit my wrists. I was never truly helped, psychiatrists, psychologists; no one has ever cared, and no one will ever care. You only care about medicating the helpless and clueless humans... Please give a copy of the message to the press/media.”
