Supreme Court to NTA on NEET-UG 2024 paper leak latest news today: In a major development, the Supreme Court on Thursday (July 18) directed the National Testing Agency (NTA) to upload the results of all the students who appeared in the NEET-UG 2024, city-wise and centre-wise, masking the identity of the students.
Likewise, the Supreme Court has given NTA time till Saturday noon to publish the results online.
The Supreme Court bench comprising CJI DY Chandrachud, Justices JB Pardiwala and Manoj Misra passed the order while hearing a batch of petitions seeking the cancelation of the NEET-UG 2024 exam over alleged paper leak and malpractices.
Notably, the petitioners complained that they were not able to get the centre-wise marking pattern.
The petitioners submitted in the top court that it would be appropriate if the results of the NEET-UG 2024 exam were published on the website so as to bring about some transparency on the center-wise marks obtained by candidates.
Meanwhile, the apex court has adjourned the further hearing till Monday.
