Self-styled godman Asaram Bapu, who is serving life imprisonment in Jodhpur Central Jail after convicted in a rape case, has been admitted

New Delhi: Self-styled godman Asaram Bapu, who is serving life imprisonment in Jodhpur Central Jail after convicted in a rape case, has been admitted to a hospital after he complained of restlessness, discomfort in knees and other ailments.

As per the reports, he has been taken to the hospital after complaining about health issues.

He was convicted by a Jodhpur court in a case of sexual assault in 2018. The Jodhpur Court has awarded him life imprisonment till death after holding him guilty of sexually assaulting a minor in 2013.
