13 Batallian CRPF Celebrated Har Ghar Tiranga with Differently-Abled, Orphans and Elderly
As part of the nationwide ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, the 13th Battalion organized a heartfelt social outreach programme in collaboration with the Pinglewara Society, reaffirming its commitment to public service and national pride.
The event was graced by Smt. Kamal Sisodiya, Commandant of the 13th Battalion, who personally distributed sweets and fruits to the elderly and differently-abled residents of the Pinglewara institution. Her warm interaction with the residents brought smiles and a sense of belonging to all present.
Pinglewara Society, a well-known charitable institution, has been serving the abandoned, mentally ill, differently-abled, and destitute with dedication for decades. It stands as a symbol of selfless service and compassion in society.
In her address, Commandant Smt. Kamal Sisodiya praised the commendable work being done by Pinglewara. She emphasized the importance of supporting the underprivileged and marginalized sections of society. She also invoked a strong sense of patriotism and love for the Tiranga (national flag), encouraging everyone to reflect on the true spirit of freedom and responsibility.
The event was successfully coordinated with the active involvement of UDHAM NGO, whose efforts were instrumental in ensuring smooth execution and meaningful engagement.
