New Delhi: The corona virus outbreak in India is not going away. Despite a two-month lockdown across the country, thousands of corona positive cases are emerging every day.
Meanwhile, the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has conducted a survey in which they have found that in the containment zone i.e. in the areas where there are most number of cases of corona and every third person is infected with corona have recovered without detecting the infection.
CoronavirusThirty percent of the population living in the containment zone has corona and became infected and recovered on their own. This was revealed by a Serosurvey. This includes patients who have not shown symptoms of the corona virus.
At the same time, the survey said that the immunity of people living in these areas is increasing. The report points to the fact that the infection rate is higher in cities like Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Ahmedabad and Indore.

The survey also found that many people in the country did not show symptoms of corona even after being infected with the virus. In such a scenario, the number of infected patients in India is much higher than the official figures.
