Ayodhya Ram Mandir Bomb Threat News: The Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF) on Wednesday arrested two people in a case related to the bomb threat to UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and the soon-to-be-inaugurated Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. Reportedly, the alleged bomb threats were also sent to STF Additional Director-General of Police (ADG) Amitabh Yash, and a man named, Devendra Tiwari.

According to information, the arrested people have been identified as Tahar Singh and Om Prakash Mishra who hail from Gonda. The duo had threatened UP CM Yogi Adityanath, STF chief Amitabh Yash, and Ayodhya's Ram Mandir in a post on ‘X’ in November with the handle ‘@iDevendraOffice’, the statement said.

During the initial investigation, it was revealed that email IDs ‘alamansarikhan608@gmail.com’ and ‘zubairkhanisi199@gmail.com’ were used to send the bomb threat to Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, it added.

It has been reported that the technical analysis led to the identification and arrest of the culprits. Reportedly, the accused used a Vivo T-2 mobile phone and a Samsung Galaxy A-3 to create the email IDs and send the emails. In addition, a Wi-Fi router and a DVR (Digital Video Recorder) of CCTV cameras at the location where the emails were sent were also recovered.

As per police, the emails were allegedly created by an individual named, Zubair Khan, who claimed to be an official from ISI.

In the meanwhile, STF Deputy Superintendent of Police Pramesh Kumar Shukla, stated that the arrested accused revealed that they were acting under the instructions of Devendra Tiwari, who has been running NGOs under the names of Bharatiya Kisan Manch and Bharatiya Gau Seva Parishad.

The accused further confessed that they had destroyed the mobile phones after sending the emails on Tiwari's instructions while the office Wi-Fi was utilized for internet access.
