Haryana Brings Seven Horticulture Services Under the Ambit of Right to Service Act, latest news: The Haryana Government has placed 7 services of the Horticulture Department within the framework of the Right to Service Act, 2014, ensuring a defined timeline for their delivery, the babushahi reported citing a notificaiot issued by Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi.
According to the notificaiton, as cited in the report, states that outlines the time limits for processing certain horticulture-related applications in Haryana:
Sanction of Application (after submitting all documents on Hortnet)
– Once an applicant submits complete documents on the Hortnet portal, the department must approve or reject the application within 21 days.
Grant of Nursery Fruit Licence and Nursery Seed Licence
– For these two types of licences, the authorities have 90 days to process the application and give a decision.
The Disbursement of subsidy after physical verification subject to availability of funds has to be done in 30 days, the report said.
A timeline of 21 days has been set for the disbursal of incentives under the Bhavantar Bharpayee Yojana (BBY), following the submission of the claim by the claimant and its approval by the competent authority.
