Sheetal aka Simmi Chaudhary Death Murder Case Latest News Today: In a shocking turn of events, the body of Haryanvi model Sheetal, also known as Simmi Chaudhary, was recovered from a canal in Kharkhoda, Sonipat on Monday morning. The model, originally from Panipat, had gone missing after leaving for a music video shoot in Ahar village on June 14.

The body was identified through distinctive tattoos on her hands and chest. The Panipat-based model had been working in Haryanvi song albums and had recently risen in popularity.

Her sister, Neha, who had last spoken to Sheetal around 1:30 AM via WhatsApp video call, said that Sheetal reported being assaulted by her boyfriend, Sunil, a hotelier from Israna. According to Neha, Sheetal had said Sunil was forcing her to leave the shoot location with him. Shortly after that call, communication was lost.

Police officials have confirmed that a missing person’s report had already been registered at the Urlana Kalan police station. “A young woman’s body was found in the Kharkhoda canal. She has been identified as Sheetal. The matter is under investigation,” said ACP Headquarters Ajit Singh.

Sunil, the man in question, had been in a relationship with Sheetal despite being married with two children. According to Neha, the two had met when Sheetal worked at Hotel Sukoon in Karnal. After discovering his marital status, Sheetal distanced herself, but Sunil allegedly continued to pursue her.

A critical lead emerged on Sunday when Sunil’s car was found submerged in the Delhi Parallel Canal. Sunil was rescued by locals, but Sheetal was nowhere to be found at the time. Her body surfaced the following day.

The case has now taken a grave turn with Sunil becoming the prime suspect. Police are currently interrogating him while forensic teams work to confirm the cause of death.
