Chandigarh Elante Mall Toy Train Accident CCTV News Today: After the tragic incident unfolded at Elante Mall in Chandigarh where an 11-year-old boy named Shahbaz from Nawanshahr lost his life after a toy train overturned, the CCTV footage of the same has surfaced on social media.
According to information, Shahbaz was trying to disembark from the toy train when the accident took place. He was later rushed to GMCH 32 hospital but sadly passed away at around 4 am during treatment.

Following a complaint by Jatinder Pal Singh, the Industrial Area police have filed a case against Saurabh, the toy train operator, and the mall owners, alleging negligence and misconduct.
The investigation revealed that at the time of the incident, only two children were aboard the toy train. The mall had contracted a company to operate the toy train, as disclosed during the initial inquiries.
Jatinder Pal Singh, in his complaint, blamed the operator and the company for failing to ensure the safety of passengers, resulting in the tragic loss of his son. The police have obtained CCTV footage from within Elante Mall as part of their ongoing investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident.
