Bihar news: RJD leaders and representatives on Sunday unanimously elected Tejashwi Yadav as the party’s Working President during the national executive meeting held at Hotel Maurya in Patna, Bihar.
RJD MP Sanjay Yadav told news agency ANI, “All our party leaders and representatives, who had come from across the country, have, as per the wishes of Lalu Prasad Yadav, entrusted Tejashwi Yadav with the responsibility of Working President.” He added that over the past 15 years, Tejashwi has served as a disciplined and dedicated party worker.
Former Bihar CM and RJD Supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav, his wife and former CM Rabri Devi, Tejashwi Yadav, Misa Bharti, and other party leaders were present at the meeting.
