New Delhi: Telecom services company Idea has sent a message to its customers. The message states that from June 29, all existing customers of Nirvana Postpaid will be shifted to Vodafone RED.
The company says it is changing the billing system from June 29. In this case, Idea Nirvana postpaid customers will be automatically shifted to Vodafone.
PhotoCustomers' existing plans will then be converted to similar Vodafone RED plans. In a message sent to its customers, Idea said that after the shift to Vodafone RED, the existing plans, SIMs and numbers of Idea Nirvana postpaid customers will not be changed. At the same time, it has been said that after shifting to Vodafone RED, customers will get some more services.
These include REDX international roaming in 80 countries. At the same time, Nirvana customers will be able to access more than 2,500 Vodafone and Idea stores across the country free of charge.

British telecom VodafoneIdea offers two Nirvana postpaid plans of Rs 399 and Rs 499 to its customers. The Rs 399 plan offers unlimited calling, 40 GB data and 100 SMS.
The Rs 499 plan offers customers 75 GB data and 100 SMS with unlimited calling. Now these facilities will continue to be available to them through Vodafone RED.
