'Bhakshak', featuring Bhumi Pednekar and Aditya Srivastava in the lead roles, is inspired by the Muzaffarpur Women's Shelter Case of 2020. Aditya Srivastava is playing the role of Bansi Sahu, a character who is inspired by Brajesh Thakur, the mastermind of the real-life case.
