'Maidaan' is scheduled to hit the Cinema Halls on June 23, 2023
MUMBAI: Bollywood star Ajay Devgn dropped the new poster of his upcoming movie 'Maidaan' on Tuesday (March 28). The teaser of the film will release on March 30. Fans are super excited for the film. 'Maidaan' is a sports drama dedicated to the golden years of Indian football.
Notably, Ajay Devgn's movie 'Bholaa' is also scheduled to release on March 30. Ajay shared the Maidaan's poster on Instagram and wrote, "One Man. One Belief. One Spirit. Based on a true story. #Maidaan mein utrega saara India. Teaser out on 30th March."
Reportedly, 'Maidaan' is directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma and co-produced by Boney Kapoor and Zee Studios. Ajay Devgn will play the role of the legendary coach Syed Abdul Rahim, who is widely known as the founding father of Indian football in the movie. Gajraj Rao and Boman Irani are also a part of the film. The film is scheduled to release in theatres on June 23, 2023.
