Salman Khan Residence Firing Latest News Today: In a shocking development, gunshots were heard outside Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s residence in Mumbai’s Bandra early on Sunday. Police said that as many as five rounds were fired by at least two unidentified assailants.

During a preliminary investigation, it was revealed that five rounds were fired by two unidentified bike-borne assailants at around 5 am outside the actor’s Galaxy Apartment residence.

Notably, Salman Khan has a Y-plus category security. He was reportedly present at his home when the incident took place. The Bandra police have been filing an FIR into the matter while the local police’s crime branch officials have started a parallel investigation.

According to information, the attackers were wearing helmets and thus, police have been checking CCTV footage from the area to track them down.

Earlier in 2023, the Mumbai police had reviewed the security provided to Salman Khan and even asked him to be alert following the threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. Back then, Lawrence Bishnoi had claimed responsibility for a firing incident outside Punjabi singer-actor Gippy Grewal's residence in Canada.

“You consider Salman Khan a brother, but now it’s time for your ‘brother’ to come and save you. This message is also for Salman Khan – don’t be in the illusion that Dawood will save you; no one can save you. Your dramatic response to Sidhu Moose Wala’s death did not go unnoticed. Later, he had also sent an alleged threat mail to Salman Khan.
