A defamation case of Rs 100 crore has been filed

Faizan Ansari, a resident of Mumbai, has filed a defamation case of Rs 100 crore. The couple has been accused of hatching a 'false conspiracy of death' and thereby garnering publicity through a serious disease like cancer.

FIR against Poonam Pandey and Sam Bombay:

In his FIR, Faizan Ansari alleged that in order to gain publicity, Poonam Pandey and Sam Bombay have reduced the seriousness of people about a serious disease like cancer and created a drama of false news of the actress’s death. Faizan has written in the complaint that Poonam Pandey has not only broken the trust of crores of Indians with her actions but has also tarnished the image of countless people of Bollywood.

Faizan has also appealed to issue arrest warrant. He has written that he himself is reaching the Civil Lines Kanpur Court and filing a defamation case of Rs 100 crore against Poonam and Sam Bombay. In his FIR copy, Faizan has appealed to issue arrest warrant against Poonam Pandey immediately.
