After the super success of 'Jailer', last year, fans have high expectations from his 'Laal Salaam'. Since this character is a bit different from his regular commercial potboiler or the characters he has been playing till now, Rajinikanth's fans are quite excited. Also, after Jailer, the actor had made huge profits in his salary and, now he is earning a huge amount from his new film.

Rajinikanth getting Rs 1 crore per minute in 'Laal Salaam'!

The interesting thing is that even at the age of 73, Rajinikanth is getting huge amount for his films. Even for 'Laal Salaam', Rajinikanth was paid a huge amount for his extended cameo. 

According to the reports, the actor has a special cameo in the film and his screen time is said to be 30-40 minutes and, for this, he has charged a staggering fee of Rs 40 crores. Yes, you read it right. Rajinikanth is being paid a huge amount for an elaborate cameo role in Laal Salaam.

The superstar reportedly got Rs 1 crore for every minute of 40-minute appearance in Laal Salaam. This is certainly a huge amount, but Rajinikanth is indeed, a worthy actor as his presence has made the film a topic of discussion even before its release.
