The incident occurred around 12 pm on Wednesday near 176 Street and 35 Avenue in the city.

Canada News: A well-known Surrey-based businessman, Binder Garcha (48), was shot dead in an alleged targeted attack in Canada.

The incident occurred around 12:05 pm (Canada Time, Tuesday). He was attacked at his property located at 176 Street and 35 Avenue.

Police later recovered a burned vehicle near 189 Street and 40 Avenue, which is believed to be linked to the suspects, sources said.

Garcha, the owner of Studio-12, was a prominent figure in wedding and event videography across the Surrey–Vancouver region.

An investigation is currently underway.
