Guru Nanak Dev's visionary teachings and his role as the first Guru earned him endearing titles such as Nanak, Baba Nanak, Nanak Dev, and Nanak Shah within the Sikh community. The celebratory occasion, known as 'Prakash Parv,' witnesses Sikhs worldwide converging on gurdwaras to engage in seva, partake in langar, and immerse themselves in devotional singing, or Kirtan, in honor of Guru Nanak.
