Praanvi Gupta Earned her spot in Guinness World Records 2023
NEW YORK: A 7-year-old Indian origin girl has clinched the title of the world's youngest certified yoga instructor. Guinness World Records confirmed that Praanvi Gupta was 7 years and 165 days old when she was certified as the world's youngest yoga instructor (female).
Notably, She started practicing yoga with her mother at the age of 3 and a half years. After completing a 200-hour training course, she was certified as a teacher by the Yoga Alliance organization. Praanvi said, "I want to spread the love of yoga to as many people as possible."
Praanvi Gupta said that this journey was not easy due to her regular schooling, but only because of the support of her teachers and parents, she was able to succeed. She said, "I am happy that I have successfully completed and passed the qualifying examination for the Yoga Teacher Training Course."
