Starting the investigation, we first did a reverse image search with keywords on these three videos. We found that all the three videos going viral are not of the same person.

In the first two videos, a person is seen rejoicing over Hamas' attack on Israel and crying when Israel attacked back on Hamas. We did a lot of research on this matter and found that these videos belongs to Palestinian blogger Saleh aljafarawi who has shared these videos on his Instagram account.

Is the blogger in the hospital?

No, during the search we found several media reports published on this claim. The child seen in the picture is from Palestine but not Saleh Aljafarawi.

According to the report of palsolidarity.org, "On Monday July 24, 16 year old Mohammed Zendiq lost his leg during the invasion of Nur Shams refugee camp, near Tulkarem, by the Israeli Occupation Forces. In the 4 hour long invasion, the IOF accompanied by a military bulldozer caused serious material damage to the camp’s main streets and infrastructures as well as private property like citizen’s cars, homes and shops."

We found the viral video of this child uploaded on urlebird.com more than 2 months old. This video can be seen by clicking here.

This attack was carried out by Israel on 24 July 2023.
