“For as many types of Hindus as the world recognizes, I have friends from each of those types..."
Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat on Saturday said that there should be no discrimination of any kind, and that he believes that the entire Hindu society is one.
Speaking at an event in Uttar Pradesh’s Mathura, Bhagwat said, "There should be no discrimination of any kind... We consider the society in which we live as one; we believe the entire Hindu society is one, but the world sees many divisions in it, such as language, caste, sect, community...”
“For as many types of Hindus as the world recognizes, I have friends from each of those types—visiting each other, eating and drinking together, standing by in joy and sorrow, treating them as friends,” he added.
