DIG (UT) Alok Kumar, a 1996 AGMUT cadre IPS officer, has been transferred to Arunachal Pradesh. The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has sent a written communication to Chandigarh administration in this regard. Kumar had joined Chandigarh police as UT SSP (headquarters and intelligence) in May, 2010
