BSF 118 Bn and Counter Intelligence in joint search operation recovered one packet containing heroin under the beneath of soil
in the residence of Gazaniwala, 2 kilometres away from international fencing.
The joint operation was supervised by Rahul Malik Coy Commander BOP New Gazniwala of BSF 118 BN and Narinder Pal Singh AI G CI Ferozepur along with team members.
Coy Commander said, the recovery was made on a tip of namely Avar Singh son of Subba Singh of village Khuda, District Patiala Punjab and Sarabjeet Singh son of Gurna Singh of Ambala Cantt Haryana brought by CI Ferozepur Punjab Police recovered one packet weighing 800 gram, covered with brown adhesive tape, was handed over to CI Party Ferozepur.
The case has been registed under NDPS Act at Police Station Lakho Ke Bheram in district Ferozepur.
