Thieves target Shiv Temple in Saketri in Panchkula district and stole
the idols of the Lord, gold and silver jewellery and some other articles
of worship.
According to temple management committee members, as per CCTV footage
the thieves were six in number and they targeted the temple on yesterday
night.

The worth of these idols and jewellery which are stolen from the Saketri temple is in lakhs but the exact loss is yet to be calculated.
The Panchkula police and a forensic team have reached the temple and
has started the further investigation. The police team found that the lock of the main
temple area was broken.
