Four suspected terrorists of Khalistani terror outfit Babbar Khalsa were arrested from Punjab's Ludhiana district on Monday.

Three pistols and some ammunition was seized from arrested men. They were nabbed following the interrogation of seven members of the Babbar Khalsa who were arrested on Saturday after the police busted a terror module with direct links to the Khalistani terror outfit.

During interrogation, police said, the accused admitted to meeting to create disturbance in the state. They allegedly held three meetings in Ludhiana to recruit people. They were in touch with Babbar on social media.

Those arrested were allegedly linked to and were funded by Surinder Singh Babbar, who is said to be based in London. Ludhiana Police Commissioner R.N. Dhoke told the media on Saturday that the group planned to target those opposed to or writing against Khalistani ideology and radical Sikh organisations.
