Chandigarh: AAP MLA and leader of opposition HS Phoolka submitted his resigned to Speaker Punjab Vidhan Sabha. Meanwhile, Phoolka has recommended three names in his replacement including Kanwar Sandhu, Sukhpal Singh Khaira and Aman Arora. The party has to take the final call for finalising the leader of opposition. However, Deputy party leader will hold the meetings till the AAP would not decide the name of another MLA.
