Justice SS Saron is Acting Chief Justice of HC from August 21 to 29

Chandigarh: Justice Surinder Singh Saron will perform duties of the office of the Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court with effect from August 21, 2017 to August 29, 2017.

The Chief Justice Shiavax Jal Vazifdar is on leave during this period.

Justice Saron is the senior most Judge of the High Court. His appointment for the said period has been notified by the Ministry of Law and Justice.
