Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh hitting the headlines since the conviction. Ram Rahim was convicted by CBI court among the Sadhvi rape case on Friday. The conviction led to the riots manufactured by the Dera supporters in Punjab, Haryana, UP and Delhi. Later, the situations were getting worse and the authorities took Ram Rahim to Rohtak jail by chopper.
The decision on his conviction is to out on Monday by the CBI judge, Jagdeep Singh. Ram Rahim has been held under section 376, 502 and 509 of IPC.
While going to jail, Gurmeet Ram Rahim
urged the officials to take her adopted daughter ‘Honeypreet’ with him. He made
excuse of his back pain and described her as an expert for acupressure. The
officials denied his request due to the norms of jail and moreover, he is a
convict.
