On the eve of teacher's day Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh extended his greetings to the teaching fraternity to promote their welfare and enable a congenial atmosphere in the state.

Amarinder exhorted the teachers to do their best to shape the future generations in the mould of former President of India and great educationist late Dr S Radhakrishnan, on whose birth anniversary Teacher’s Day is celebrated every year.
