A Collision occurred in Haryana's Bahadurgarh when a vehicle struck a stationary canter, resulting in the demise of a Canadian woman

BAHADURGARH: In a tragic road accident near Kisan Chowk of Bahadurgarh, Haryana, a car collided with a stationary canter, causing fatal consequences. The accident claimed the life of Charanjit Kaur (50), a resident of Moga who had just returned from Canada. Traveling with her son, Beant Singh, and sister, Gambhir, the trio was on their way home from Delhi airport after her arrival from Canada.

Charanjit Kaur, who had been in Canada for an extended period, took a flight from Canada to Delhi on Monday night, arriving at Delhi Airport. Her son, Beant Singh, accompanied by his aunt, came to Delhi airport to receive her. Together, the family was en route to their residence on Tuesday morning in a car.

The fateful collision occurred near Kisan Chowk of Bahadurgarh when their car collided with a canter parked on the road. The impact was so severe that a loud explosion ensued, tragically claiming Charanjit Kaur's life. Beant Singh and his aunt, Gambhir, suffered critical injuries and were immediately transported to the Rohtak PGIMS hospital for urgent medical attention.

Upon receiving the distressing news, the police swiftly arrived at the scene, securing the body and facilitating the admission of the critically injured Beant Singh and his aunt to the hospital. Both individuals were subsequently referred to Rohtak PGI for specialized medical care. The Bahadurgarh police station has initiated an investigation into the incident and taken necessary actions in accordance with the law.
