Patiala Vigilance conducted a physical examination of Bharat Inder Singh Chahal's Properties

MOHALI: Former Chief Minister of Punjab, Captain Amarinder Singh's advisor Bharat Inder Singh Chahal has been summoned again by Punjab Vigilance Bureau. This is the tenth time when Bharat Inder Singh Chahal received the summon by Vigilance. Chahal will be interrogated by vigilance in Disproportionate Assets Case.

It is worth mentioning here that the court has rejected Chahal's anticipatory bail application. The vigilance investigation team has asked Chahal for the records of the assets he has built in the last 6 years. Vigilance has issued notices to Chahal to attend the investigation 10 times from time to time. But neither he has responded to any notice nor has he reached the vigilance office to join the investigation.

Notably, Punjab Vigilance has also pasted notices at Chahal's house and outside the palace. But despite all the action taken by the investigation team, Chahal did not join the investigation. The situation is not clear whether he will appear before the investigation team this time as well.

The technical team of Patiala Vigilance Bureau has also conducted a physical examination of Bharat Inder Singh Chahal's properties. The team has already measured their marriage palace and shopping mall located on Patiala-Sirhind Road.
