Former Punjab Police Constable Amandeep Kaur Arrested Again, Property Worth R 1.35 crore: Amandeep Kaur a former Punjab Police head constable known by the various nicknames of, "Instagram Queen" and "Thar wali constable" is arrested by the Vigilance Bureau again in an undisclosed case of disproportionate assets.

Surprisingly, Kaur first came into notoriety in April 2025 when 17.71 grams of heroin were recovered from her Mahindra Thar with her friend Balwinder Singh near the Badal flyover in Bathinda.

Kaur's finances are now under scrutiny with police tracking Kaur's banking and property transactions to uncover the actual level of her alleged illegal wealth. Kaur was with Punjabi singer Afsana Khan shortly before her arrest, it is unknown what exactly Kaur's association with Khan was at that time.

Kaur's circumstances further highlight the corruption and betrayal of the police force paving the way for postmortem inquiries into transparency and accountability, its reporting should be forthcoming soon.  If there is ambiguity around Amandeep Kaur, there's no doubt the story is mere testament to the organized corruption in recent years.
